::This Week's Tip...::


I have a tip for you guys who don't have a lot of time but still want really filling meals. I don't know if you guys watch the foodnetwork or not, but Rachel Ray's show is really good. If you're pressed for time all her meals are something you can do on your own and in half an hour. Pretty cool, right? I know that we all don't really have the time to fix a nice well balanced meal all the time, but she teaches tricks and gives tips on how to save time and still have food that's good and healthy.
