::It's Good To Be Home!::
Well, another Vegas trip has come and gone. Things were mad...hectic...I guess that would be the way to put it. But it's Vegas...so it's expected, right? The heat sucks, which is one reason why I don't like going in the summer. But on the upside, it's great to think back on all the weirdness that our collective group witnessed. So here's my rundown on some of the more memorable moments of the trip:
*Desert sunrises are cool! I can't get enough of those, the mountains near Vegas turned pretty colors.
*Bellagio has really good gelato. All the flavors I tried were mighty tasty. I recommend them all! (chocolate amarretto, white chocolate, rum raisin, or pistachio)
*My heart broke because FAO Schwarz was closed for remodeling. I couldn't get chocolate covered gummi bears for my pizza. It hurt even more that I couldn't get my cantaloupe Jelly Bellys.
*The Venetian is a great place for pictures of pretty art.
*Sonic...damn I pray that San Diego gets one of those. That's like the best fast food chain I've ever gone to.
*My mom got yelled at by this lady in a Chinese restaurant. "Do you want more rice?!?!" Shiet, we're Filipino...of course we want more rice!
*La Salsa Cantina's Raspberry Margarita by the yard is damned tasty! Thanks for the hook up Brenna!
*There was a fireworks battle in the parking lot of my parents' timeshare. Two different families had their own fireworks stashes and were just shooting them off like CRAZY! We got to watch our own show from the windows...that was freaking AWESOME!!!
So that's about all I have to say for now. But yeah! Here's my favorite picture from the trip. There's the Brenna, the Munchkin (my sis, Rita), the Minh (my cutie pie!), and me. My younger brother was the one who took the picture, and I must say he did an OK job. Too bad he wasn't in the pic too.
