::Yay for the Holidays!!!::

It feels so good to be back home! I realized that I can only stand being in Vegas for so long. It was nice being able to partake in any activity that I wanted to. I gambled, I went clubbing, I definitely got my grub on, did some shopping, and most importantly I spent some quality time with my best buds in the world! Ah yes, and who could forget the walking? So as for the food, which happened to be the most memorable part, I had some crepes from Le Creperie and got a piƱa colada across the way while I was at Paris. The souvenir hot air balloon cup is bad assed! If you feel like dealing with snooty waiters there's Ortanique in Paris. Very good seafood with a Carribean flavor. The chow is tops...but our waiter George was an ass. C'est la vie! Of course we made the mandatory trip to Sonic! I swear if I get enough money I'll open one up in San Diego. Saizen in the San Remo has the best freaking Japanese food I've ever tasted. The salmon teriyaki was BOMB!!! Actually, all the food that our group ordered was the shizzle. The hot dogs at the Boardwalk are fabulous darling! 1/2 lb of goodness! Got some dessert from a Friday's. We ordered some food from Mr. Grill's...let's just say everything was cool until Brenna found a surprise. T'was a very good trip for food!

So among the other things we did in Vegas, there was a lot of window shopping and/or purchasing in Paris, Aladdin, Ceasar's, and Mandalay Bay. There was an attempt to go clubbing at Tangerine in Treasure Island, but we just happened to be in town for their renovations, then we just hung out at TI's Mint bar. We then tried to go to Carnival Court at Harrah's but we got there with about 10 minutes left until closing. We saw Jewel (Char's cousin) perform in a dance concert. Brenna, Minh, and I saw the Shark Reef at Mandalay, while Char and Jewel went to church and saw a comedy show. Char, Jewel and I went clubbing at OPM in Ceasar's...it was nice to get in for free. It was not nice to have some weird dudes try to get their freak on. But it's all apart of the experience right?

After the craziness it was time to go home, but of course not without a stop at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles! We made a quick stop so that Minh could pick up some aquarium equipment and there was this incident with a spoiled girl (notice the emphasis on the word) who just got her license. She was so disrespectful...so she got hella honked at and not to mention laughed at. I think it's funny when people act like hot shit in a car but can't even drive. Besides, the BMW she was driving isn't even all that. You'd get more power driving a V6 Accord. Anyway...then we finally got home. I got one of the most thoughtful Christmas presents from Charlene. I'm glad she made me open it early. =D

So like I said, it's good to be home. I'm just going to hang out with all the siblings, finish up some Christmas shopping, celebrate my older bro's birthday, and just enjoy the holidays! I hope everyone enjoys their holidays as well!

Happy Chrismahannukwanzaka!!!!

::TIRED!!!::

Hey! Guess what?!? I'm finally 21! And you know what else?!? I had the best birthday EVER! Thanks to my dearest Char, Brenna, and Sweetie Pie I was more than satisfied with "my special day". Thanks for the drinks, the gifts, the quality time, and most of all thank you all very much for being apart of my existence. I couldn't imagine having any more fun or things to go anymore perfectly. Thanks also to Michelle, Dinah, Kat, Beeh, and Nic for all the wonderful birthday wishes. That was something I really appreciate. Now, moving right along...

I didn't go to sleep last night due to a serious case of the procrastination bug. I'm just not mentally able to deal with school right now. I'm just thankful that everything is almost over. At 10 am next Wednesday I will be absolutely relieved and I will have nothing but good thoughts on the brain. I will be leaving for Las Vegas Thursday morning, and I plan to blow off some steam. This Vegas trip will be a memorable one, and there's no doubt about that. I will finally be there at a time when I can fully partake of all the sins the city has to offer. Now mind you, that doesn't necessarily mean that I will go crazy. But hey, I can't say that I won't either. Vegas will be fun! I get to go with the best people in the world! Char, Brenna, and my hun bun will be my companions. Char's cousin who lives in Vegas and will be graduating from UNLV will join us in the festivities. The rest of my family will be out of my hair (they have their own reservation for New Year's at the timeshare). I'm excited...now to just get through finals.

I know that it has been a while since my last entry. School has done nothing but stress me out. The outcome for the semester looks bleak. I think I would've much preferred just going to the Paul Mitchell school. By now I'd be working in a career field that I know I would enjoy. I know I gripe about school a lot, but like they say, "College isn't for everyone". Other than school, I haven't done a whole lot. I've hung out when I can, slept when I can, gone to class on occasion, been eating like crazy. I'm getting FAT, and getting good at hiding it. My plans for winter break are few. I'm going to Vegas, going to enjoy the holidays, try to find a new job, and work on taking care of myself. Yes, I'm still on that never ending mission to self improve in what little ways I can. Yay me...whatever.

Well, I should stop bullshitting around. I do have a midterm at 11 am today. I'm officially done with my Labor Econ class (still hoping that she curves to bump up my grade). And in the meantime I still have a 8 and 9 am classes to deal with. So yeah, that's about it from me for now. Peace-su!
