::Old Friends:New Friends::
I've been blessed lately. It's very nice to run into old friends for different reasons. Some people have been so bold as to let me practice my future career even before I start going to the Paul Mitchell school in April. It's nice, it was kind of funny how we had shop talk that allowed us to catch up and just hang out. Food has been giving me a couple of opportunities to nourish the hungry, the good friends, and meet new people. Not to mention just running into people out in public and finding people on
Myspace.com.
Onto other things, there's not much new to report. That's the main reason why I haven't bothered to post. Pretty much the same old stuff has been going on and I think I won't have much to say until I start school again in April. Should anything happen, should any reflection be necessary, should I need to vent like a crazy woman, I will be sure to ramble here since the few bother to read here. So until then, take care. PEACE.

::Happy New Year::
Lunar New Year that is! It's going to be an exciting day for me. Today is just full of stuff. It's Ash Wednesday which marks the beginning of Lent for us Catholic folks. I plan to hit mass in a little bit. After that I get to see my buddy Brenna, who is totally awesome in her own right, but adds to her awesomeness because she won this contest and invited me along. For those of you in the know, Sam the Cooking Guy has his own show on public access TV. Brenna entered a contest on his website which you can all visit at:

So as I was saying, Brenna entered the contest and she was selected to join the man for some dim sum. She gets to bring a friend, a position which has been filled by yours truly.
On another note, I'm just happy. I know that I'm loved by the people in my life. I feel like I'm finally taking full control of my future plans and aspirations. I have a new beginning to look forward to in the month of April. Everything actually
IS falling into place because I decided that I didn't want to be miserable anymore. Getting my priorities together has been great! Again, Happy Lunar New Year to everyone! It is time for me to make my exit.
